The Social Security Disability Benefit arrives in January for all beneficiaries in United States which have a impairment previously accepted. In total, the administration will send up to four different checks to citizens who have one of these retirement checks. The best part is that not only will SSDI beneficiaries receive the payment, but so will any other beneficiary.
The important thing about getting one of these payments is not whether you have it or not impairment, but whether or not you have an accepted social security check. These types of benefits are critical to millions of American households, so knowing the day the administration sends the checks can be key to these families’ finances.
While it is true that it is not advisable to have a social security check, whether for impairment or other type of benefit as the only source of income, the reality is that many families have no other payment. So knowing the timing of payments perfectly becomes critical for them. If this is your case, it is advisable to mark the day on the calendar when you can receive this benefit.
Disability benefit payments in January 2024
Americans who have a Disability benefit can know the exact day they receive the payment. These days, when the Social Security Administration sends checks, it’s not just for SSDI beneficiaries, but for all pension recipients. Widowers’ and widowers’ checks and spousal payments also arrive on the same days.
All we have to do is meet the requirements for each of the payments. Only then we will get the check on those particular days. These are the following days when we will receive one of the benefits:
- January 10.
- January 17.
- January 24.
The January 10 payment will only be for Americans with a impairment or other type of benefit who have a check after 1997 and a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. This is the only way we can receive the payment, but the important thing is that any other type of pensioner can receive it as long as they are on this list.
On the other hand, the verification of January 17 it will be for pensioners after 1997 with a date of birth between the 11th and 20th of the month. This type of benefit, like the others, will only be paid to beneficiaries who meet these requirements.
Finally, the last Social Security payment for January 2024 will be on the 24th day of January and only for post-1997 retirees. Beneficiaries with disabilities who want to receive a check on that day must also be born between the 21st and 31st of the month.
Only by meeting these requirements will we be able to obtain one of these specific checks. However, remember that these calendar days are the days on which the administration sends the check. Getting it on this day is possible only if you activate Direct deposit. If you don’t activate it, the payment will still arrive, but after a few days.
