This photographer took a trip around the world to find out what beauty looks like.
Mihaela Noroc, a Romanian photographer, traveled the world for 4 years with her backpack and camera. He photographed everyday women and collected their stories. Her project is called Beauty Atlas.
Her goal is to show that every woman shines like a star because beauty is diversity and not just what we see in the media.
For Mihaela, true beauty has no age, colors or trends. You can find it in Africa or Europe, in a city or in a skyscraper, in a smile, in a gesture, in an intense look, in a few wrinkles or in a story. You can find it in every human being.

30. Kathmandu, Nepal
In a time of hatred and intolerance, photographer Mihaela Noroc wants to send a message of love and acceptance.
He hopes that this book of portraits will reach many homes around the world and convince more people that diversity is a treasure and not a trigger of conflict and hatred. We are very different, but at the same time we are all part of the same family.
