Are you a SNAP (food stamp) recipient? You can still get a new check on the EBT card

Recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), known as food stamps, are about to receive new payments in several US states.

Unlike Social security checks, SNAP payments are administered directly by each state, which means payment dates can vary.

Which states will send SNAP payments this week?

Before the 3rd of each month, many states send payments to SNAP recipients. However, not all recipients in these states will receive payment at the same time.

Some states stagger payments, so it is extremely important to check the payment schedule to see when the benefit will be available.
